Whether you choose to pay by PAYPAL, by CREDIT CARD (no additional cost) or by bank transfer, your data will always be used by secure and encrypted servers.

For credit card payment,  we use the SSL secure system: the order confirmation of the credit card data will be transferred to the operator of the card, via secure connection encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer), for authorization and payment.

Credit card Payment

Thanks to this system, will never display the number of customers’ credit cards. reserves the right to ask the customer additional information or sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the paper used. If the customer does not provide such information, reserves the right to not accept the purchase order.


PayPal Payment

Scaglione group accepts all major credit cards and prepaid credit cards registered to the PayPal system. The financial information will not be shared with but will be handled directly by PayPal.

In case of deletion of the order (either by the client or by Scaglione) the amount will return to your PayPal account. is not responsible for delays or damage during refund.


Payment by bank transfer

If costumers pays by bank transfer, at the end of the order he receives an 'e-mail confirmation containing Scaglione’s bank details, following which the merchandise is put aside until the arrival of the bank account. The customer must send a copy of payment by fax or e-mail within 48 hours of order confirmation’s receipt.

If during that period won’t receive a copy of the payment, order will be deleted.

Scaglione group will send the order when the transfer reaches its bank account and when the apparel will be available in its store.


Scalapay - Payment with 3  interest-free installments

Scalapay is an new financing method that allows you to buy in your favorite online stores, receive your products immediately and pay in 3 convenient equal installments with expiration every 4 weeks.
The service has no additional charge if the installments will be paid by the due date.
At the time of purchase you will be immediately charged the first installment (equal to one third of the total value of the purchase). The next 2 installments of will be charged every 4 weeks.
First installment: at the time of purchase
Second installment: 4 weeks from the day of purchase
Third and last installment: 8 weeks from the day of purchase.

Shipments are made worldwide with UPS, DHL and GLS courier and take 2-8 working days, in Italy we use GLS.
All shipments are tracked by tracking number.

In Italy, San Marino and Vatican City shipments are FREE for orders over € 100, otherwise it costs €8.

If you want to know the exact shipping cost to any other country, just set the correct country of destination of your purchase and see its costs. Each country has got its own shipping charges and shipping towards every country is free when the corresponding threshold is exceeded.

Attention: Any import taxes must be paid by the costumer at the time of delivery of the products.

If the package can not be delivered by courier because of a failed collaboration by the customer or for a wrong communication of personal data during the purchase or for any custom problems, it could be sent back to ScaglioneIschia at the expense of customer (including any import taxes charged at the time of the return in Italy).These costs will be deducted from any final refund.


Registered customers can track the status of all orders from their Account. Alternatively they can receive information about the status of your order by sending an email to
In the email they must specify the name and the surname that used for the order and the order number.


Once placed an order for the available apparel, costumers  cannot make changes to the order. Orders done separately will be shipped separately.


The Customer is required to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
All shipments leaving our warehouses are certified by internal quality control and are delivered intact to the courier. For this reason, it is the customer's obligation, at the time of delivery, to verify the integrity of the package to be accepted, checking for example that the package does not show signs of tampering and/or damage at any point, that the customized adhesive tape has not been replaced or affected, that the weight is appropriate to the content etc.
If, at the time of delivery by the Courier, the package should appear in one of these conditions previously indicated, the Customer must sign the acceptance with Reservation or refuse the package and explain to the Courier the reason.
In case of complaints by the Customer, for damage or tampering caused by the courier during the shipment, the signature with reservation will be an essential element for the support of ScaglioneIschia.
