Pietro Scaglione, giovane imprenditore, futuro fondatore e pioniere dell'azienda, si trasterisce sull'isola. Conosce l'ischitana Assunta Trani, se ne innamora e la sposa dopo pochi mesi. Questa e isena, magica e unica con la stessa passione travolgente decide di aprire un negozio di tessuti. Pietro per molto tempo è stato responsabile di un negozio di drapperie a Napoli, la città dove è nato, ed è consapevole di avere già acquisito l'esperienza giusta per avviare un'attività commerciale. Per i primi 20 anni il centro della sua impresa è in Via Roma, nel cuore del capoluogo isolano. Poi, nel 1953, Pietro Scaglione costruisce uno stabile in Via Alfredo De Luca, l'attuale Historical boutique; dimostrando di avere coraggio, spirito pionieristico e lungimiranza. Accanto ai tessuti, crea un piccolo reparto dell'allora nascente "confezione", e lo abbina a un organizzato servizio di sartoria uomo/donna su misura. E la svolta definitiva verso il successo. Oggi siamo una bellissima realtà: 6 boutique sull'isola d'Ischia, e-shop online e una linea di pensiero: Stile, moda e tendenze dal 1934, ad oggi.
