Pietro Scaglione, young entrepreneur, future founder and pioneer of the company, settles on the island. He meets Assunta Trani from Ischia, falls in love with her and marries her after a few months. This is Isena, magical and unique with the same overwhelming passion, she decides to open a fabric shop. For a long time Pietro was manager of a drapery shop in Naples, the city where he was born, and is aware that he has already acquired the right experience to start a commercial business. For the first 20 years the center of his business was in Via Roma, in the heart of the island's capital. Then, in 1953, Pietro Scaglione built a building in Via Alfredo De Luca, the current Historical boutique; demonstrating courage, pioneering spirit and foresight. Alongside fabrics, he created a small department of the then nascent "manufacturing", and combined it with an organized tailoring service for men and women. And the definitive turning point towards success.
