Refund policy
Every purchase made on the Site can be returned. ScaglioneIschia wants the customer to be completely satisfied with each purchase, therefore it guarantees the return (even without any reason) of all purchases made; the customer is only obliged to respect the following rules:
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You can make a return (pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, art. 52) within 14 days of receipt of your order.

ScaglioneIschia will provide to authorize the return within 24 hours from the receipt of the request.
ScaglioneIschia affixes on each item shipped a guarantee seal that cannot be removed/tampered with, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of return.
The cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer (according to D.Lgs 21/2014, art. 57), only in the case of a defective or wrongly sent item the cost of the return shipment is charged to ScaglioneIschia. In case of defective/erroneous items ScaglioneIschia asks for a photographic proof of the problem before authorizing the return.
The cost of any customs charges during the return of the goods are charged to the Customer and will be deducted by ScaglioneIschia at the time of refund.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each garment must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in the shipments from ScaglioneIschia, it is required to follow the same instructions above.
ScaglioneIschia reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
All returned items are subject to inspection by ScaglioneIschia and must respect all the parameters listed in the return procedure.
ScaglioneIschia reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in case the customer refuses the delivery and/or in case the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our returns policy. ScaglioneIschia reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent with couriers different from the courier indicated in the return authorization email. The acceptance of such returns however involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
Any import charges shall be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.
If the parcel could not be delivered by the courier due to a lack of cooperation by the customer or due to a wrong communication of the personal data during the purchasing phase or due to possible customs problems, it could be sent back to ScaglioneIschia at the customer's expenses (including possible import expenses charged at the moment of the return to Italy). These costs will be deducted from the eventual final refund.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Can exercise the right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason) the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity).
To exercise this right (pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, art. 49, paragraph 4), the customer must send ScaglioneIschia a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The communication must be sent directly to ScaglioneIschia (by email - telephone - fax - mail).
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
In order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tape on the original product packaging is prohibited);
Attention: the shipment, until its arrival in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
Attention: the security seal must be intact.
ScaglioneIschia is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In no case will be collected packages in cash on delivery or carriage forward.
REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
With the exception of eventual restoration costs for ascertained damages to the original packaging and/or customs charges incurred during the return of the items, ScaglioneIschia will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product within and not later than 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. The payment of the reimbursement can be delayed until the receipt of the goods for their verification or until the customer's confirmation of the shipment.
If the payment was made by Credit Card, the refund will be made by means of a reversal procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card; in the case of payment by Bank Transfer, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide his bank details (IBAN Code).
The cost of eventual customs charges during the return of the goods are charged to the Client and will be deducted by ScaglioneIschia at the moment of the refund.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPSES
The right of withdrawal lapses in the cases in which ScaglioneIschia ascertains:
- Even partial use of the goods;
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- The absence of integral elements of the product;
- The damage of the product for causes different from its transport.
- Removal/tampering of the security seal
In the above mentioned cases, ScaglioneIschia will return the purchased goods to the Sender, charging him the shipping costs.
COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All communications or complaints from the Customer against ScaglioneIschia in relation to the Purchase Contracts shall be addressed to the Customer Service by writing to: shop@scaglioneischia.com.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The Purchase Contract between the Customer and ScaglioneIschia is concluded in Italy and governed by the Italian Law. For any controversy will be competent the Judicial Authority of Naples.
